I'd like to add to my previous review and would like to praise also the superb, friendly, fast and really helpful customer service I just received. As a former world-wide stewardess, great service matter big time here. I had asked whether the castor oil is cold-pressed and hexane-free, and it is indeed, which is really lovely, and got great advice on how to wear this beautiful balm on top of my sunscreen in lieu of underneath. Thank you, great company, and will definitely order again and recommend you further!
I bought this at a whim after the feature in the DM. LOVE its funky packaging, the delicate, hardly there, but beautiful smell, and just came across a youtube from a doctor I know that claimed that castor oil is the new botox ( would never do botox), so am using it as an overnight mask while the weather is so cold to really repair skin. I tried it on top of make up but think I used too much as was a tad sticky:) will try again as advised! Just wish it was easier available in Germany, where I am currently at after my beloved mom passed, as would love to gift to sisters, all my gf's etc but with customs and all, it adds up to a lot. Can you please work on finding an EU distributor, too? Thanks!! Xx
