We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product, we are here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Results or Money Back Guarantee

We are proud to offer a Results or Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. If you do not achieve the results you were expecting within 30 days of delivery, we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.

We offer an extended 90-day money back guarantee on our Pigmentation and Deep Wrinkle treatments, to give the active ingredients enough time to achieve optimal results. The 90-day extended guarantee applies to your first order of these products only. If you receive a refund and then choose to re-order the same product, the 90-day guarantee does not apply to the second or subsequent orders, as re-ordering is taken as a sign of satisfaction with the product.

If you received a free gift with a special promotion (such as our TV offers), the gift is yours to keep even if you return the other items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team at customerservice@krepubliq.com within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 90 days for Pigmentation or Deep Wrinkle treatments). Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Prepare your package: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and materials where applicable. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of your package.
  3. Send it back: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Bundles: All items in a bundle must be returned to receive a full refund (apart from any free gift, which is yours to keep). If only some items are returned, a refund will be processed for the individual items received. We are unable to refund products that have not been returned.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, or within 90 days for Pigmentation and Deep Wrinkle treatments.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Exchanges: Subject to availability. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Change of mind: Change-of-mind exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns or exchanges unless defective or not as described. This includes empty or used-up product and items purchased in a clearance sale. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How do I use my K Republiq items to achieve the best result?

Every product page has a "How to use" section, and our full step-by-step

As a rule: cleanse, apply your treatment serum, then finish with Glass Skin
Finishing Glaze. Retinaldehyde products (Pigmentation Forte, Deep Wrinkle,
Blemish Serum) are for night use only โ€“ start with 2โ€“3 nights a week and build
up.

Can I use K Republiq if I have a NUT allergy?

Someof our products contain nut-derived oils, so please check before you buy:

Contain almond oil and macadamia oil: Glass Skin Finishing Glaze, Steel Skin
Shield & Hydrate

Contain almond oil: Pigmentation Forte Serum, Deep Wrinkle Serum, Blemish
Serum, Steel Skin Power Serum

Nut-free: Glass Skin Glazing Essence, Glass Skin Glaze Serum, Magic Balm, Magic
Bronze, Hydrating Cleanser, Eye Serum Stick, Glass Lips, Salmyn Daily Serum,
Salmyn Eye Cream, Salmyn Micro-infusion

Any kit or bundle that includes the Finishing Glaze, Shield & Hydrate or one of
the serums above will also contain nut oils.

Salmyn PDRN products (Micro-infusion, Daily Serum, Eye Cream and related bundles) contain PDRN derived from salmon, and trace fish proteins may be present. Please avoid these if you have a fish or seafood allergy.

Magic Balm and Magic Bronze contain coconut oil and cocoa butter. The Finishing
Glaze, Shield & Hydrate, Eye Serum Stick and Salmyn Eye Cream contain shea
butter. These aren't tree nuts, but if you're sensitive to them please take
that into account.

Full ingredient lists are on every product page under "Ingredients". If
you're unsure, patch test on a small area first or check with your doctor
before use.

What is your money-back guarantee?

All products are covered by our 30-day Results or Money Back Guarantee โ€“ if you're
not seeing results, email customerservice@krepubliq.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Pigmentation and Deep Wrinkle
treatments are covered for 90 days on your first order, because those actives

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. UK orders typically arrive in 6โ€“10 business days once
dispatched. US and Canada orders take 7โ€“12 business days, and for the USA all
duties and taxes are included in your price โ€“ there's nothing extra to pay on
delivery. Shipping costs and times for other countries are shown at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our standard delivery timeline is 2 to 8 days after your order has been processed. Please note that orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.ย

Processing Time:ย Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 days of receipt. Express orders are processedย the same day if made before 12pm.ย Processing time is required for a review of your order, address verification, and the preparation of your items for shipping.

Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note due to huge demand in times of sell-out we offer a pre-order service which extends shipping times. The dates of pre-order shipping will be clear on the website if this is the case. Additionally, if you purchase an item only available for pre-order within your order all items will be sent together in one shipment.ย 

How much is shipping?

Australian standard shipping is a flat $9.99, or $14.99 for Express. At checkout you can
choose free standard shipping as your bonus, or swap it for a mystery Glass
Skin gift. International rates are shown at checkout.

Do you have a full ingredients list?

Are you cruelty free and vegan?

All K Republiq products are cruelty-free and we don't sell in any market that
requires animal testing. Our Glass Skin range is vegan, with the exception of
Magic Bronze (contains beeswax). Salmyn PDRN products contain salmon-derived
PDRN and collagen and are not vegan.

Where are your products made?

All K Republiq skincare formulas โ€“ Glass Skin, Pigmentation Forte, Deep Wrinkle,
Blemish Serum, Magic Balm, Salmyn PDRN Daily Serum and Eye Cream, and our other
treatments โ€“ are developed and made in small batches by our boutique
manufacturer on the Gold Coast, Queensland. A few complementary items are sourced from specialist overseas partners: the Hydrating Cleanser, Glass Lips,
Eye Serum Stick, and the Salmyn Micro-infusion device and cooling mask. Country
of origin is shown on each product page.
