Please note we offer a 90 day money back guarantee on our pigmentation treatments, Deep Wrinkle treatments and TV Glass Skin offers in order to give the active ingredients enough time to achieve optimal results.ย  If you received a free additional gift with certain special promotions such as those seen on TV you do not have to return the free gift if you decide to return the other items.

Our Salmyn Micro-Infusion treatments come with a 30 day money back guarantee so you can try them with confidence. We recommend starting with one vial to see how your skin responds and to assess your results. If you decide itโ€™s not right for you, youโ€™re welcome to return the remaining unused vials for a refund. As this is a multi-treatment system, refunds apply once one vial has been used, and unfortunately weโ€™re unable to offer a refund once more than one vial has been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:ย To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team atย customerservice@krepubliq.comย within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 90 days for Pigmentation Treatments, Deep Wrinkle Treatments, or TV Glass Skin Offers). Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.


  1. Prepare Your Package:ย Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and materials (if applicable). Clearly mark the order number on the outside of your package.


  1. Send It Back:ย Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.ย Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:ย All items in a bundle must be returned in order to receive a full refundย (apart from the free gift which is yours to keep no matter what). If only some items are returned, a refund will be processed for the individual items received only. We are unable to refund products that have not been returned.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame:ย Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (or within 90 days for purchases of our Pigmentation Treatments, Deep Wrinkle Treatments, or TV Glass Skin Offers).
  • Proof of Purchase:ย A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds:ย Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Exchanges:ย Subject to availability. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Change of Mind Exchanges:ย If you would like to request an exchange due to change of mind, you will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate this.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns or exchanges unless defective or not as described. This includes empty product, change of mind or items part of a clearance sale. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.ย
