Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have shipping all over the world and keep this at minimum cost or free for customers. Shipping to the UK will take between 6-10 working days once processed, for other locations the shipping times will be noted at checkout. We can promise it's worth the wait!

How long will it take to get my order?

Our standard delivery timeline is 2 to 8 days after your order has been processed. Please note that orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Metropolitan Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne - usually 2-3 working days

NT, WA, NZ - usually within 7 working days

UK - usually 6-10 working days

Other International - please be advised at checkout

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 days of receipt. Express orders are processed the same day if made before 12pm. Processing time is required for a review of your order, address verification, and the preparation of your items for shipping.

Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note due to huge demand in times of sell-out we offer a pre-order service which extends shipping times. The dates of pre-order shipping will be clear on the website if this is the case. Additionally, if you purchase an item only available for pre-order within your order all items will be sent together in one shipment.

Of course we are! We use a high quality boutique skincare developer based in Melbourne Australia that is cruelty-free. Thank you for caring about our furry friends too!

Why do you keep selling out?

The Glass Skincare trend that started in Korea and became a huge sensation in after K-pops rise to stardom in the UK. Over 2 billion people have been looking for Glass Skin solutions and when word got out about our dedicated, fast, easy solution we found the demand outstripped our supply! But we are working on that side of the business to catchup and it shouldn't be so hard to get hold of K-republiq Glass Skin going forward. We apologise for the delays!

Why can I only order one per household?

K-republiq Glass Skin has become so popular it is getting difficult to keep up with demand. Some users who have experienced the effects of Glass Skin have started stock-piling it like its toilet paper in a pandemic. We have succeeded mainly through word of mouth advertising so we want more new users to get the opportunity to try Glass Skin. Plus for existing customers its only fair that we don't sell out on them again now they have found skincare they really love and that really works!
