Change of Address

If you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@krepubliq.com. We will make every effort to accommodate amendments during our business hours (Monday to Friday); however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as orders may be processed and dispatched promptly upon placement. Requests submitted outside of business hours, including weekends, cannot be actioned by our customer service team. In such cases, once a tracking number has been issued, we recommend contacting the courier directly to request a redirection of your parcel.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 2 to 8 days after your order has been processed. Please note that orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays most often the same day as you make your order

Metropolitan Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne - usually 2-3 working days

NT, WA, NZ - usually within 7 working days

UK - usually 6-10 working days

USA, Canada - 7 to 12 working days from order processing depending on where you are in the USA

How We Ship

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4 business days of receipt. Express orders are processed the same day if made before 12pm and Priority dispatch orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt. Processing time is required for a review of your order, address verification, and the preparation of your items for shipping.
• Shipping Method: We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. The choice of carrier is based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Please note if you purchase an item only available for pre-order within your order all items will be sent together in one shipment.
